Tom Hogg, a native of Hampton and a graduate of the University of Richmond, spent more than two decades with Dominion Resources, including six years as Regional Economic Development Manager with Dominion Virginia Power. As Vice President of Business Development, Tom brings his expertise and credentials in both construction and economic development to help expand Hourigan’s presence in Virginia and the mid-Atlantic region.
